Since every order is custom designed, we follow a strict no-refund policy.

🔄 Refund Conditions

• No cancellations, returns, or refunds once the preview or final file is delivered.
• If errors occur due to our team, corrections will be made without additional charges.

🖋️ Change Requests

• Text and image updates are allowed one time as per the selected layout.
• More than two revisions will incur additional charges as per our revision fees.

🚚 Delivery Time

• JPEG/PDF Designs: within 24 business hours.
• Video/GIF/Illustration Invites: within 48 business hours.
• Delivery may shift due to high demand or unavoidable delays.

⚠️ Important Notice

• Mistakes in spellings or incorrect information provided by the client are not covered for free correction.
• Edits are only free when the mistake is on our behalf.
